Hridayamrit Comes Home: Inspiring the Next Generation of Changemakers

"Every movement begins with a moment of connection, and this was one such moment."

We are thrilled to share that Hridayamrit, our youth-led movement for transforming cardiovascular health in India, was officially introduced to the vibrant academic community of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University Medical College, Pune, Maharashtra, India — the very place where the seeds of this vision were first sown with the establishment of Heart To Heart, the largest cardiology interest group in India recognized by the American College of Cardiology.

This awareness session, attended by over 150 enthusiastic medical students, was led by our Founder & Managing Director, Dr. Amanpreet Singh Wasir, under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Varsha Vaidya, Professor of Community Medicine and Chairperson of the Student Mentorship Committee.

More than a presentation, this session was a collective awakening, a powerful moment of reflection, dialogue, and determination.

Where We Go From Here

This event marked the official launch of Hridayamrit’s activities in Pune, setting the stage for collaborative campaigns, mentorship circles, and community health initiatives led by students and guided by experts. With the support of visionary faculty like Dr. Vaidya and a growing body of student volunteers, the movement is poised to make a lasting impact across campuses and communities.

To all the students who attended- thank you for your energy, your questions, and your commitment. This was not just a lecture. It was a shared promise to bring healing to every home.
